Who is Hyman Capital Services Limited (“HCSL”)?
The business is a firm of Chartered Accountants and is also a registered firm of auditors and provides general practice advice to new and former clients. He provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, raising bank debt, private equity funding, performs valuations, due diligence and also audit, accounting and tax advisory services. The firm’s pricing policy follows a line of a fixed fee if projects run to time and specification.
Who is the Hyman Capital Group?
The Hyman Capital Group was founded by Clive Hyman in 2005.
Clive spent 22 years with KPMG in London, 10 years of which were as a partner. He was one of the founder partners who established their Transaction Services business and was responsible for leading the practice back into the private equity business in the 1990s. Clive has significant relationships and experience of performing audit, advisory work and due diligence for many private equity houses some of which include, inter alia : KKR, BC Partners, CINVEN, First Reserve, Aberdeen Murray Johnston, Legal & General, ECI, Gresham Private Equity, Cognitas (Electra), Bank of America, TPG, GE Equity, ISIS, Stirling Square Capital.
Clive is a recognised speaker in the industry on private equity and frequently appears on CNBC Europe and CNN. He ran KPMG’s Early Stage Business in the Dot Com boom and bust. He retired from KPMG to establish his own private equity firm and advisory firm.
Now in the fourth year of trading he is expanding the client base and the services he is offering. He is renowned for fast and friendly service, with a huge network of contacts which were used to underpin a substantial part of KPMG MBO practice in the UK. Clive is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a graduate of Christ’s College, Cambridge.
