Hyman Capital is a boutique merchant bank and business advisory. We are offering a variety of different internships that will give valuable insights into a corporate company and provide the opportunity to gain practical business experience. Each of these internships will run for the duration of 2-3 months. See below the differing roll descriptions and requirements. We look forward to receiving your application.
Marketing Intern
What will you be doing?
Our marketing interns will focus on:
- Managing our social media platforms and channels, including: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube and ensuring that the upload schedule is met and maintained.
- Planning and creating content, including: creating the Hyman Capital monthly newsletter, editing videos for our YouTube channel and social media accounts.
- Using the website and other channel analytics to suggest, propose and develop strategies to improve the attraction and “stickiness” of our social media content.
- Helping with continuous website improvement, improving content, and layout
- Help prepare webinar content and advertise through the various different platforms.
Experience and requirements:
Ideally have completed a degree in any related field, be IT literate, creative, passionate and driven.
Duration:
2-3 months
Corporate Finance Intern
What will you be doing?
Our Corporate Finance interns will:
- Working on pitches to potential clients
- Undertaking research
- Presenting back to clients and working with principals do develop work programmes
- Undertaking the engagement work as appropriate
- Fundraising campaigns – preparing reports and following up with both investors and entrepreneurs
Experience and requirements:
Ideally have completed a degree in any related field, be mathematically competent, confident, ambitious, enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills
Duration:
2-3 months
PR Intern
What will you be doing?
Our PR intern will be:
- Assisting with creating and editing press releases
- Managing brand image through the facilitation of outbound content
- Supporting the development of materials to support the regular publication of interesting materials which support Hyman Capital in the press
- Support the identification of target customers who are likely to be interested in and be in a position to buy services from Hyman Capital
- Develop relationships with key publications, bog and internet influencers
Experience and requirements:
Ideally have completed a degree in a related field, along with an understanding of brand management, great communication skills, and ability to uphold and promote our company values.

CRM Marketing Intern
What will you be doing?
Our CRM Marketing intern will help:
- Support the development of a segmentation model which targets customers interested in buying services from Hyman Capital
- Identify and segment target customer groups within our own databases
- Target new people that match our segmentation through proposing materials for publication through PR, Blogs and via social media
- Develop a set of nurture materials and process to develop and ongoing relationship with target customers
Experience and requirements:
Ideally have completed a degree in a related field, experience in data analysis preferred (but not essential), driven, confident and welcome a challenge.

2-3 months
Lead Generation Marketing Intern
What will you be doing?
Our lead generation marketing intern will be:
- Working directly with the CEO of Hyman Capital to increase qualified lead generations (properly qualified)
- Develop a robust qualification criteria which can be operated and supported
- Develop data acquisition strategies which support the business’s identification of target customers
- Develop engagement campaigns using various technologies through social media, emails chat bots and other suitable means
- Developing scripts and nurture campaigns to actively engage target customers
Experience and requirements:
Ideally have completed a degree in a related field, be a team player, articulate and diligent
Duration:
2-3 months
Corporate Finance And Private Equity Executive Intern
What will you be doing?
- This will provide the opportunity to help establish two capital businesses through supporting our project manager
- Support the development from initial concept through to working business a new operation
- Exploit the opportunities and capability of low-cost software to support the operations of this start up
- Support the development of the core business processes for these new companies
- Develop initial segmentation for the target customers
- Developing client materials and internal systems and processes to nurture the target customer groups
Experience and requirements:
Have 2+ years’ experience in related areas, be organised, responsible and have excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Duration:
2 months with the possibility of future employment to be discussed on successful completion of internship.
Experienced Loan Note/Corporate Finance/Debt placement Professional internship
What will you be doing?
This intern will focus on:
- Source potential opportunities
- Help establish the distribution networks
- Help price and deal with client documentation for potential projects
- Derive a lead generation strategy for originating projects
- Help complete client facing presentations on how structures and interest payments work
The intern will directly report to the Group CEO and it may be an opportunity for someone with previous experience who is currently not employed who may wish to re-enter the market.
Experience and requirements:
We are seeking an intern who has had potentially academic learning or experience in the creation and placing of listed loan notes in the marketplace. You will report directly to the Group CEO and is an opportunity for someone with previous experience who is currently not employed and may wish to re-enter the market.
Duration:
2 months with the possibility of future employment to be discussed on successful completion of internship.
