Private equity co-investment fund opportunity

There is an opportunity to invest in a private equity co-investment fund opportunity (“BPE01”) joint ventured and distributed by two investment firms, BZH Capital Partners (“BZH”) and Gold Grain Capital (“GGC”).

BZH and GGC have combined experience of more than 40 years in investment banking, with strong brand recognition and long-standing relationships with key managers and service providers in the private equity marketplace.

Investors will obtain a diverse investment product that has been based on 3 years of research and development. MiFid professional investors will have access to high quality, cash generative, ultra-diversified core private equity holdings; 60% will be co-investments, and 40% will be secondary investments.
