Grand Cascade Group

Grand Cascade Group is an investment consortium engaged in the acquisition and management of outstanding care homes both in the UK and internationally. The company aims to complete a roll-up of assisted living facilities / elderly care homes. It aims grow exponentially through acquisition while seeing excellent opportunity for significant growth through consolidation in this currently highly fragmented industry.

The consolidation will allow the company to improve operations, increase occupancy and profitability. It will enable the company to grow rapidly through acquisition, building a larger liquid asset that will be of interest for bigger players such as private equity or competitors.

The company is looking to fundraise circa £20 million of equity, in order to complete a minimum of 20 acquisitions over the next three to five years and achieve £40-50 million in revenue at the exit year. This will help company to acquire each home individually at a 6-8x EBITDA and will sell the group at 10-12x EBITDA £129m or more.
