Westbow Capital's objective is to acquire cash producing property within Canada using Westbow construction which has years of expertise and experience in development and real estate. Westbow capital will focus on three main investment strategies. Developing purpose-built rental properties with Westbow construction, acquiring newer properties from third parties, and acquiring ageing / distressed properties from third parties which can be renovated by Westbow construction.
Westbow capital is seeking $30m (USD) in order to create a property portfolio fund. These funds will be raised by issuing revenue share tokens listed on LDX (London derivative exchange). These tokens will offer a 14% share of all gross rental revenue, which has a strong potential for growth or utilization due to Westbow's capitals expertise and competitive advantage. Revenue share calculation will be done quarterly, and the revenue share payment will be distributed one month after the end of the quarter.
